Introduce per /64 and per /56 per prefix reports

Tracking on /128 boundaries may be very resource intensive and we do not need such granularity as majority of networks use /64 or /56 prefixes.

I agree with this addition. You may want to include smaller prefixes as well as an option because /64 and /56 may not be chosen by ISPs due to security reasons. I've seen it said to use /64 while handing out /120's, so perhaps that could be included in this?
